Thanks for considering The Beach House Apartments for your winter stay in Ocean City.  Our units are vacation rentals during the summer but available for longer stays between October 1st and March 1st at drastically reduced rates.  Please click on the tabs to the left to see pictures, prices, and descriptions of each unit.

In order to provide clean, safe, and friendly rentals we must enforce the following rules:

-  Tenant must plan to stay at least 4 months. 
-  Security deposit of half a months rent due prior to move-in. 
-  Tenants must be very respectful of all neighbors.  
-  No pets allowed.  
-  No smoking inside any unit.
-  All porches and outdoor areas must stay clean at all times.   





All units are full for winter 2021-2022
